I would like to start off by thanking Officer Jay Smith and his explorers for putting on an amazing State competition. I also want to thank the members of the Orlando Police Department for their work this year, the Under-Sheriff of Orange county and Orlando's Chief for giving speeches at the Opening Banquet.
