Dear Central West,

First of I would like to congratulate everyone on a job well done at states.
Ever since I have become the new vice president everyone has been saying that
the communications aren't great between the board and the posts, and that is
primarily because of lack of contact information. I have sent out 20 emails and
only received feedback from 5 posts. So in order to solve this problem, at the
September delegates your post will be filling out a contact sheet this way I
will never have this problem again. I am very sorry for the inconvenience the
last few months.

On top of making communication better I have been working on
trying to get rid of crime scene. I know that many posts would rather not have
this as a scenario and I agree 100%.

My goal this year is to make it run as smoothly as possible and meet everyone's needs. I would like to here any feedback that you all might have or any concerns you have. If you have any problems with me or anything in our region feel free to contact me at anytime.
